8. Returns and Refunds
   1. Consumer Right to Cancel

      If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 2 days of receiving the goods.

   2. Return Conditions

      To qualify for a return:

      • Items must be unworn and unused;
      • Original tags must be attached;
      • Items must be in original packaging;
      • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box (undamaged).
      • A valid reason must be given to us as to why you have cancelled the order.

      We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

   3. Faulty Items

      If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will offer:

      • A replacement; or
      • A full refund.
   4. Refund Processing

      Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving returned goods.

9. Hygiene and Safety

   For hygiene reasons:

   • Socks, tights, hair accessories, and underwear may not be returned unless faulty.

   All products are intended for normal children’s wear. Adult supervision is required where items include small components.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes
    • Discount codes must be entered at checkout.
    • Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
    • Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
    • We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time
